Holiday Thumbprint Cookies

Holiday Thumbprint CookiesServes 4 | Serving size: 2 cookies


  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom, optional
  • 1 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1-cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup jam of choice


1. Prep
Preheat oven to 375F. Place Silicone Baking Sheet on metal sheet and set aside.

2. Mix and Bake
In Thatsa® Mini Bowl add butter, sugar and mix with Spatula until creamy. Add in egg, salt, vanilla, cardamom if using and milk until well combined. Add flour little by little until fully combined. If dough is too soft add 1 tbsp. of flour at a time until no longer sticky. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on Silicone Baking Sheet. Use finger or end of Mini Rolling Pin to make a well in center of each cookie. Fill with jam and bake for 10 minutes.
