Holiday Cookies




  • 1 cup Cool, unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Large eggs, cold
  • 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground cardamom


1. Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 325F/160C.


2. Make the dough
Mix butter, sugar and salt just until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Add remaining ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix. Roll out dough to 1/4" thick and cut using desired cookie cutters.


3.Bake & Serve
Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on metal baking sheet and arrange cookies. Bake for 12–14 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and serve warm or at room temp. Decorate as desired.
