- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup beer
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 425° F/218° C. Place Silicone Waffle Form on baking sheet and set aside.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Divide batter evenly between all waffle cavities and bake 12 minutes.
- Let it cool 5 minutes before unmolding.
