Where’s the Heart in Your Business?
February is Women’s Heart Health Month!
Join us and Elizabeth Scovil
Tuesday, February 26th from 6-8pm
@ the Apopka Quick Lane Community Room
It is so easy in business to keep pushing forward and strive to continuously improve year after year. We create our business plans, putting down all our goals and aspirations for the year knowing that with hard work, focus and dedication we can make it happen. But what happens if the unexpected happens? What if your health takes a turn for the worse because you were so busy trying to reach your goals, that you neglected your health? Growing our businesses and brands is wonderful, but if we are not taking care of our health first, then you will have nothing.
In Elizabeth’s talk, she’ll teach you to slow down, listen to your body, and gain strength in a healthier you, so you can grow your business like never before!
We can lose a lot of things in our life, but we can't lose “Heart.”
