The all-new 2018 Volvo XC60 has made its North America debut at the 2017 New York International Auto Show, marking the start of the brands new 60 series cars.
Lex Kerssemakers, President and CEO of Volvo Cars USA, presented the XC60 alongside the upcoming 2018 Volvo S90 on Wednesday, April 12, 2017.
The all-new XC60s attractive exterior design is complemented by an expertly-crafted, Scandinavian-style interior, highlighted by beautiful materials like soft Nappa leather and advanced technology features such as a 9-inch center touchscreen. The XC60 elevates the standard of luxury in the mid-sized SUV segment.
Three major powertrains will be available under the hood of the XC60: a 250 hp T5 turbo-power engine, 316 hp T6 turbo and super-charged engine or 400 hp T8 twin-engine plug-in electric hybrid.
With the North American debut of the all-new XC60, Volvo also celebrated the 90th anniversary of its very first vehicle, the ÖV4, which rolled off the assembly line in 1927.
