Management Team Bios

Ben Levitan
Ben Levitan serves as CEO and Director of IMN. Ben has more than 20 years of leadership experience in information technology, communications, software, management consulting and venture capital. Most recently, Ben was Partner at In-Q-Tel, the strategic investment arm of the CIA and the U.S. intelligence community.

Previously Ben served as CEO of EnvoyWorldWide (now Varolii Corporation); COO of Viant; Senior Vice President of Cambridge Technology Partners; and Director of several public and private technology companies. He attended the London School of Economics and earned his B.A. from Union College. Ben is an avid motorcycle rider and bicyclist and is married with three children.

Chris Ellis
Chris Ellis is Vice President, Finance and Administration with IMN. He has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including significant experience with software companies providing advertising and marketing solutions.

Previous positions include Controller of Connected Corporation, Corporate Controller at Engage, Inc., Financial Reporting Manager for a publicly held ERP solutions provider and six years in public accounting, including two years with the technology group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Chris received a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an M.B.A. from Bentley College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Bill Gaudreau
Bill Gaudreau is Vice President of Strategic Automotive Relationships at IMN. Gaudreau has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry in business, sales and operational planning, establishing and maintaining relationships with automotive industry participants at every level, and performance enhancement and staff development.

Prior to joining IMN, Gaudreau spent two decades with Volvo, holding positions such as: Vice President of Retail Operations, Vice President of National Sales, Vice President of the Western Region, and General Manager in several regions.

Gaudreau has been the recipient of the Volvo President's Award and Ford Motor Company's Diversity and Work Life Award.

Bobby Gaudreau
Bobby Gaudreau is the Vice President of Sales at IMN. Bobby has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in software and technology. Most recently, Bobby was Regional Director of Sales for LivePerson, Inc (Nasdaq: LPSN) a provider of online engagement solutions for clients such as Apple,, Estee Lauder, Microsoft and IBM, where he was responsible for Eastern US and Canadian sales in the Mid Market. Previously, Bobby worked for Autobase, Inc (Dominion Enterprises) a leading provider of CRM and Marketing Solutions in a variety of sales and management positions. Bobby also worked for Elateral, Ltd a UK-based variable data marketing company. Bobby received a B.S from Keene State College, a M.B.A from Northeastern University and is currently a Master of Science candidate at Boston College. Bobby is an avid runner and cyclist and has completed the Pan Mass Challenge, Harpoon B2B and over 15 marathons and is currently a member of The McCourt Foundation Marathon Team. Bobby lives outside of Boston with his wife, son and two dogs.

Nancy Liberman

Nancy Liberman is Vice President of Marketing at IMN. In this role, Nancy is responsible for the company's branding and positioning, corporate communications, lead generation, sales support and product marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining IMN, Nancy was Vice President, Marketing at Searchandise Commerce, and held senior marketing roles at eStara through its acquisition by ATG, EnvoyWorldWide and Clarke & Company Public Relations. Nancy started her career with Ziff Davis Publishing in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Nancy received a B. S. degree in Communications from Boston University.

Paul Pisecco

Paul serves as CTO, leading the engineering and system operations of IMN. Paul has over 20 years experience in the digital and database marketing industry, where he has designed and implemented platforms for industry leading marketers including General Motors, American Express, AstraZeneca, T-Mobile, AIG, Schwab.

Prior to IMN, Paul was Vice President / Group Director at Digitas and Global Managing Partner at Tessera/iXL, a pioneering database marketing and analytics integrator. Paul holds an M.S. in Computer information Systems from Boston University and a B.S. in Finance from Nichols College.

Eric Shealy
Eric Shealy is Vice President, Corporate & Business Development at IMN. Eric has a strong background in investment banking, corporate and business development.  With more than 23 years of experience, Eric has completed more than 30 M&A and capital raising transactions.

Prior to joining IMN, Eric spent 10 years as an investment banker, most recently as Managing Director and head of the Boston office for Innovation Advisors, a technology-focused investment bank. At Innovation Advisors he sourced and led transactions in the e-marketing, online media and unified communications sectors.  He was previously Managing Director at Covington Associates where he led their technology practice and completed transactions for a wide range of software, hardware and service businesses.  Before Covington, Eric founded NewBridge Associates, an M&A advisory firm.  Eric's operating experience includes Director of  Business Development for ON Technology, Director of Corporate Development for Amnet, Inc. and product management and general management roles at Everex Systems.  Eric also spent 5 years, first as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate at Summit Partners. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston College.

Barrie Brian
Barrie Brian is Executive Director of Human Resources at IMN and is responsible for all human resource functions, including recruiting talent, career management, compensation and benefits, and the people systems infrastructure. She has more than 20 years of progressive HR experience, including work at organizations ranging from a small software start-up she helped grow to more than 200 employees, to larger companies such as Iron Mountain where she was a HR Manager/Business Partner focused on both IT and Iron Mountain's emerging Document Management Solutions business. Most recently, Barrie was the Human Resources Director at the Greater Boston Food Bank. Barrie received a B.A. in HR Administration from UMASS Amherst.
