Another Way to Better Serve Our Members
Online Account Opening Coming Soon!

Holyoke Credit Union online banking members will now have the ability to open additional deposit accounts through their online banking site (HCUatHome) right from the comfort and security of their own home or, really, wherever they have internet access.

Here is what you need to know:

  • These accounts include checking accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposits (CDs).
  • Members will be able to fund their new account from an existing HCU account or from an account at another financial institution.
  • Joint owners must already be an HCU member with an existing HCU account.  When opening a joint account both owners must be existing members of HCU.
  • Look for the “Open an Account” tab on your online banking site (HCUatHome) to get started.

The process is quick, efficient and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

You no longer need to come into a branch to open one of these deposit accounts, but keep in mind that we are always here for our members.  If you need help or have questions, feel free to call one of our knowledgeable Member Service Representatives at 413-561-9600.   After hours call our Member Solutions Call Center, now open 24/7/365, at 413-532-7007.

At HCU you are not alone!

HSNI Back to School Event
HCU Employees Give to the Community

Every Friday you might notice that many of HCU’s employees dress down for the day.  It is not just about comfort!  They are also being altruistic!  Every time an employee “dresses down” they donate $5.00 to a worthy cause.

Recently, HCU employees donated $500 to the Holyoke Safe Neighborhood Initiative’s (HSNI) 2021 Back to School Event, which is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2021.

More than 2,000 community members attend the Back to School Event and it grows bigger every year. HSNI will be giving out 2,000 back packs with school supplies to the first 2,000 school aged youth that attend the event. In addition to providing school supplies, HSNI will provide a full day of entertainment, resource information, food and fun, family activities.

“We are very happy to be able to help with this incredible event.  Not only can we help supply much needed school supplies to the children of Holyoke but we get to bring joy to so many people who will be attending. It is something we look forward to participating in every year.”, said Adrienne Scott, Retail Banking Officer for Holyoke Credit Union.
