- 2 scoops Life Shake™ Vanilla
- 10 oz milk of choice
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup spinach
Shakes taste best cold. Blend all ingredients together with ice in a blender until creamy.
