Go Greens Shake

Made a resolution to get more greens in your diet, but not sure how?   Start with this delicious shake packed with veggies and fruit!  This shake is packed with nutrition to curb hunger and increase energy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Life Shake™ Vanilla
  • 10 oz milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach

 

Directions:

Shakes taste best cold. Blend all ingredients together with ice in a blender until creamy.
