Faster, simpler, easier tools to be demonstrated at NADA

Atlanta, GA - The days of waiting in line at the auction to check out, get titles and floor plan purchases are no longer required at Manheim thanks to the organization’s efforts to improve the client experience and increase speed to market. Enhancements to Manheim.com and the Manheim Mobile App, along with location operational adjustments, allow clients to simultaneously manage their business across multiple Manheim locations, access services on-demand and on-the-go, enjoy less paperwork and spend less time in line.

“With these new capabilities on Manheim.com and our mobile app, our clients will have more control to do business how they want, when they want and where they want to get back to their core business faster,” said Grace Huang, senior vice president Inventory Services, Manheim.

With a few clicks on Manheim.com and the Manheim mobile app, dealers can now access expanded payment options such as ACH and floorplanning; arrange for gate pass pick-up; order transportation, assurance products and Post Sale Inspections; and receive real-time updates on account status, titles, inspections and arbitrations. Clients can also build customized reports to gain greater insights into their transactions.

“In the past, after making a purchase, I would have to go wait in line to pay for the vehicle and arrange transportation. Now, I can do it on my mobile phone,” said Oscar Mendez, a dealer at GS Auto Sales in New Orleans. “Not having the app before, I did not realize exactly how much time I would save. Now I am actually getting out of the auction at least an hour earlier.”

Manheim locations already enhanced with new time-saving services and tools include Manheim New Orleans, Manheim Birmingham, Manheim Jacksonville, Manheim Tampa, Manheim Mississippi, Manheim Lafayette, Manheim Pensacola and Manheim St. Petersburg. Simulcast and all other Manheim locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico will be activated by the end of 2017. To access these enhancements as they become available, Manheim clients must update personal preferences and notification options on Manheim.com.
