Chicago, IL - Pat Ward, former Chief Strategy Officer of motormindz, a consultancy focused on helping dealers address critical business issues, has been named Chief Revenue Officer of LotLinx, the digital retail technology company specifically for car dealers. With over 25 years in sales leadership, marketing, and customer advocacy, Ward brings extensive expertise in every aspect of the automotive business to LotLinx.
In this new role, Ward will be charged with building and driving scalable and sustainable revenue growth for LotLinx.
"I've had a longtime passion for the intersection of cars and technology, starting with the integral role I played in GM's launch of the the electric car, the EV1, back in 1996," said Ward. Ward is also owner of Creative Automotive Solutions, a consultancy that helps dealers grow revenue, improve processes and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to owning his own shop, Ward worked for Jaguar Land Rover North America in various capacities including Vice President Sales and Customer Service where he was instrumental in turning around declining Jaguar sales in a recovering automotive market. He managed a 167-dealer network, generating over $1 billion in revenue annually.
