Commack, NY - Autologic Diagnostics, a worldwide provider of the first and only cloud-based, vehicle-connected aftermarket automotive diagnostic solution, announced recently the winner of its Assist solution in the Great Prize Giveaway 2016, sponsored by VehicleServicePros.com, the official website for industry trade publications, Professional Tool & Equipment News and Fleet Maintenance magazines.

VehicleServicePros.com, in partnership with various vendors that supply the vehicle service market with the latest products, sponsors the annual Great Prize Giveaway contest, which offers industry participants the chance to win a range of prizes valued at $579 or more.

The winner of an Autologic Assist solution, valued at $15,040.00, is Coastland Automotive Services, with locations in Naples, Fla. as well as Bonita Springs, Fla. On Monday, December 19, 2016, Coastland's President Matt Walker, was presented with the fully integrated, cloud-based Autologic Assist solution by both Allan Heller, national sales manager and Edwin Centeno, sales representative for Southern Florida, of Autologic. The presentation took place at the shop's Bonita Springs location.

Founded in 1980, Coastland, which provides collision repairs and auto maintenance services across all automobile brands, boasts 15 mechanical bays and employs on average 23-27 people, between the two locations.

Autologic Assist spans a suite of capabilities that uses state-of-art technology to combine extensive online third-party vehicle data resources and a superior diagnostic (AssistPlus) device with real-time access to the Company's Fault 2 Fix Team, consisting of 100+ dealer-trained master technicians who provide vehicle diagnostic support globally. Assist simultaneously integrates this expert knowledge and service, innovative software and a multi-faceted, touch screen device -- helping ensure vehicle issues are diagnosed correctly the first time. Assist supports European models, including BMW, Mini, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi and Volvo, across more than 120 countries.

"We were pleased to participate in this program to further demonstrate the capabilities of our Autologic Assist solution industry wide. The bottom line is that Autologic fixes cars fast, and Assist affords shops nationwide the opportunity to improve productivity, boost efficiencies and grow revenue. We have a proven track record for fixing cars faster with less dealership referrals, and have built upon this reputation for nearly 20 years," explained Heller.

"In fact, from the more than 300,000 cases submitted to us by Autologic customers in the past 12 months worldwide, our Fault 2 Fix team successfully fixed 97.5% of all cases submitted. Our Assist solution, complemented by our new AssistMobile app, are helping shops throughout the world change the way they repair cars thereby enhancing their capabilities and customer satisfaction while boosting output," added Heller.

"We expect the Autologic Assist solution to increase the car count at both shops by helping us avoid turning work away for lack of available diagnostics tools on hand. It is expected that the Assist solution will aid in improving customer satisfaction by helping to provide faster and more precise diagnostics and quicker repair times, thereby delivering cars back to our customers faster. We look forward to the ways in which the Assist will enhance productivity at our shops, and are excited to be the recipient of this innovative cloud-based diagnostic solution," Walker said.
