Auto-Ship
- If you signed up with a bronze package, or a bronze plus package you will not earn any commissions unless you sold a machine, purchased a machine, or purchased 100 BV worth of products. You must be activated to earn the commission check. If you are not active and you want the potential to earn a check, please make sure and place an order in your back office of 100 BV or more to become activated.
 Checks are cut on the week of the 12th and may take 5-10 business days for you to receive them.
- Machines that were sold through the lease program will not apply toward your BV or enhanced commissions until the machines are delivered to the end user.
- To earn a Check Match Bonus you will need to be active and have 200 monthly BV.
- If you did not send in your W-9 form you will not receive a check. We have to report all transactions to the IRS. You can get the W-9 form in your xziex.com back office under important links.
- If you signed up with a silver package or higher your BV requirements are met through July 12th. After July 12th you will need to create an autoship order for the next commission cycle.
- Your webiste fees are charged by anniversary date so they are on a seperate billing cycle and they do not have any BV.
- If you do not have an autoship order placed at the end of a commission cycle your accumulated BV will flush and you will start back at 0.
- You can create an autoship order in your back office under the autoship tab. The easiest way to protect your BV and potential check is to place your autoship order right away and set to your anniversary date. BV that has flushed will not be able to be replenished. There is no way to recapture this volume once it has flushed from the matrix.
