How do I respond to bullying comments?
Dear Liz, Can you recommend any tactics for working with an office bully who sprinkles sentences with belittling phrases like, "Don't you remember when we discussed..." and "If it got messed up, it must have been after I worked on it?" It feels like I shouldn't just let these snippy snippets slip by. I'd like to be graceful, yet effective in responding, so that this behavior is discouraged. Thanks for any tips you have to share!
