I earned a Master's degree. Now what?
Dear Liz, I am a fifty-something black female who just received a Master's degree in Human Resource Development. My dilemma is that I am not sure what type of job for which this degree qualifies me. I thought that my present employer would perhaps have plans for me since they paid for my education (100%). However, looking at the internal job announcements I can't find anything that piques my interest. Do you have any suggestions as to what paths may be available for a person with my qualifications?
