Candy has been with Deloitte Consulting for 24 years, and has worked in many different areas, including:

Consulting - Information Technology practice Senior Manager

Methodology Design, Development and Support – Responsible for the first global methodology for systems design and development for Deloitte Consulting

Associate Director, Technical Education – Responsible for the design and development of Deloitte’s technical curriculum

Associate Global Director of Learning, Deloitte Consulting

 

Candy is a frequent speaker at many learning forums, including SmartForce Perspectives; Online Learning; ASTD; and the Conference Board.  She is a guest lecturer at the University of Phoenix online M.B.A. program, and was awarded the “e-Learning Industry Achievement Award” at the SkillSoft “Perspectives” conference in recognition of her achievements within Deloitte Consulting in the Learning area.

 

Candy is a graduate of Middlebury College, and received her M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Management Accountant.

 

Outside of Deloitte, Candy enjoys raising two energetic boys, Sean (12), and Scott (9), with her husband Phil, and enjoying the perks of living in Charlotte, North Carolina.
