As co-Executive Director of WirWIT, Eilenstein plans to use her multicultural upbringing and over 20 years in various marketing, communications and sales positions to "build the bridge" between both German and English speaking business women in Germany. An international marketing consultant, Tasha Kostantacos develops go-to-market strategies and channel marketing programs for B2B software companies in target European markets. She works ad specializes in the German market having lived and worked there for almost 15 years. Now based near Boston, USA, her co-Executive Director role in WirWIT includes facilitating the networking of business and professional women seeking contacts in the USA or Germany. Tasha elaborates "My experience of living and working in Germany confirms that WirWIT can play a vital role for women focused on advancing their careers and collaborating on a range of issues. As a global networking community, WorldWIT also provides a unique channel for USA-based women with German interests and I am particularly excited about promoting that connection." WorldWIT founder Liz Ryan is thrilled that these two extraordinary women are sharing the role of Executive Director and is looking forward to exciting exchanges, opportunities and resources that the WirWIT chapter will provide.
