Workshops at Camp WorldWIT
As you know by now, we have built an exciting camp agenda packed with activities, innovative learning and networking. Today we'd like to introduce you to three incredible women - one presenter from each of the breakout session tracks: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRACK Leadership: Becoming a Person of Influence Marilyn Rawlings, Principal, XChange How much influence do you have in your organization? Is your influence greater with the leaders of your organization or the followers? Would you have the same influence with your staff if you didn't control their paychecks? Does your influence motivate or manipulate? Do you add value to your team members? During this session we will ask (and answer) the tough questions, provide you with an opportunity to examine your leadership style and determine the true reason your staff follows you.
ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT TRACK Financial Management for Small Business Diana Sorrentino, PhD No matter what type of product or service your company offers, a solid approach to finance and cash flow is one of the best ways to stay out of the red and build a thriving enterprise.
