They Say If She Starts Playing With Her Earrings You're Dead
Many business leaders focus on the factual but neglect the other two channels of leadership communication--the emotional and symbolic.  If you want to lead people, you must communicate via all three channels. Central to Women & The Leader’s Voice is its Facts-Emotions-Symbols model.   This model of communication is based on direct observational research. It is also supported by modern neurological evidence.

Leadership Communications is an area where we, as women, have long underestimated our own potential.  The Leaders Voice Workshop reinforces our inherent communication and leadership strengths through personal coaching and interactive learning opportunities.  This is a 'not-to-miss' experience for WorldWIT members trying to 'connect' with their employees and co-workers, those that are looking to achieve work/life balance, and even those women searching for the skills to succeed in an otherwise 'man's world.'

Join us for Women & The Leader's Voice  --- a two-day leadership communication workshop on April 13-14 in Chicago. Brought to you by WorldWIT and Tom Peters Company, this unique new learning program will teach you to strengthen your leadership communication using these three channels through personal coaching and interactive learning opportunities.
