Room for Interpretation
Two great equivocal
ways to recommend a less than sensational former subordinate or co-worker
without feeling guilty:
"I can recommend
this candidate without any qualifications whatsoever."
"In my opinion,
you will be very lucky if you can get this candidate to work for you."

Letter from the Founder
Dear folks, If you have kids or are around them a lot, you know that this is the time of year when parents start thinking about summer camp for the kids. There's basketball camp - theatre camp - computer camp - gymnastics camp - even space camp! Camp is a big deal these days. I went to sleepaway camp for years as a kid, and looked forward to it throughout the school year - getting away from home, going on hikes, meeting new people, hanging out in the woods, and learning new things. We love the idea of the camp experience so much that we created our first multi-day conference in a summer camp setting. Come and join us in May 2004 at Camp WorldWIT: Upward Bound! Take a look at the camp agenda here: www.camp.worldwit.org and write to me at lizryan@worldwit.org to learn more about what's in store at Camp WorldWIT. If you haven't done anything for yourself this year, here's a great way to change that!
