Dear Committee Members-

As many of you know, our Committee is now one of the largest committees in the DRI organization. Our members are doing great things in every facet of Committee participation, so much so that we’ve been asked to increase the ranks of commercial and business litigators within the DRI family. To that end, I ask each of you to take a few moments to identify at least three firms in your area that are engaged in commercial/business litigation whose lawyers may not be members of DRI. I also ask that you look around your own firms and identify partners and associates who are involved in commercial/business litigation and who are not already members of DRI or our Committee. I want to issue a special invitation to all those whom you believe might benefit from participation in DRI’s Commercial Litigation Committee. Please respond to me at rmyyles@mcdowellknight.com within the next 7 to 10 days. Our goal is to have 100 new members by the summer months. Thank you for your participation in the Committee.

PS- Mark your calendars now: Our next Commercial Litigation Program (“Complex Commercial Litigation- Smart Strategies for Tough Cases”) will take place on November 1-2, 2007 in Phoenix. Bill Sampson and Kurt Gerstner are Chairing the Program, and it’s going to be yet another fantastic Com Lit Event.
