In mid August we will be receiving 30 new Body Cycles for our Group Cycling Classes. We are selling our Schwinn Spinning Bikes to be ready when the new bikes arrive. The new bikes ride like the present ones, but have multiple adjustments to accommodate taller and shorter members, more comfortable seats, better pedals, brighter colors, and a smoother ride. We have looked at and tested the majority of the bikes available and believe this bike to be a great addition to our ever growing group cycling program.

New LifeFitness and Precor Cross Trainers will be arriving in the CV area. This is part of our commitment to keep the best equipment available and maintain the shortest repair time possible.

In the weight room look for a new abdominal piece from Nautilus, a new Fly/Rear Delt from Magnum, and a new Strive Tricep extension.
