Volkswagen’s new minivan starts under $28,000
Volkswagen’s working harder than ever to penetrate deeply into the North American market, and they’ve got a new model up their sleeve that is going to help get the job done. The latest VW is called the Routan, and it’s a minivan built as a joint effort with Chrysler LLC at the American manufacturer’s plant in Windsor, Ontario.
