It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone. For VW Waterloo, it was the 35^th year of growing the Volkswagen Family in the Waterloo Region. The year was filled with the introductions of new VW models as well as a few favourites being welcomed back. The Tiguan arrived to rave reviews and an increased fanfare as the snow began to fly. The all-new Passat CC is one of the most stunningly styled automobiles I have seen and is in high demand. With its great looks and quality interior, our new minivan, the Routan, has turned skeptics into believers. Even coming out of my Phaeton, I have enjoyed driving the Routan home on numerous occasions!
We were all happy to see the return of the TDI Jetta sedan and wagon and were proud to see this Clean Diesel receive the highly sought after accolade of “Green Car of the Year” over the hybrids available on the market.  The Passat CC, Rabbit, and Eos also received awards and “top pick” designations from auto journalists throughout the year.

I would like to extend my gratitude to you, our sales, service, and parts clients, for your patronage in 2008. This year we strengthened our position as the leading Volkswagen dealer in Waterloo-Wellington, not only in combined new and used car sales, but more importantly in customer satisfaction as well. With us poised to win the prestigious Wolfsburg Crest Club membership yet again for 2008, possibly even the top spot in Canada, you can be assured of a continued high level of service from us in 2009.
An extra special thanks to our sales clients who participated in our second annual House of Friendship Turkey Drive. With your support, it looks like we will surpass last year's achievement of over $1,200 raised to provide a turkey with every hamper given to people in our community who would have otherwise been unable to enjoy one for their Christmas dinner.

I would also like to thank my staff here at Volkswagen Waterloo for their effort and dedication. Your hard work has again earned us a top spot among the VW dealers in Canada. Thank you for a job well done.
