SCIENCE OF SPEED
www.elitewellness.com
by Dan Moser, Ph.D. & Jeff Devlin
Brrrr. Has this
recent weather been cold enough for you?
Many of you are grateful for your treadmills and indoor bike
trainers. But after a while the indoor
scenery loses its luster, and you are overcome by the itch to get some fresh
air.
This month, the science of speed looks at cold weather
training and its effect on the human body.
The science of speed combines two
expert perspectives on seasonal triathlon testing, training, and racing and is
sponsored by ELITE Testing (a division of ELITE Health & Wellness) (http://www.elitetesting.com), located
in Philadelphia.
