THE SCIENCE OF SPEED
http://www.elitewellness.com

When is it going to end?  It’s still cold; the big rainstorm did NOT melt all the snow as some predicted; and, you have memorized every speck, ridge, and ceiling cobweb on one basement wall from your many lonely hours there.  Understandably, you are quite tired of winter and want some warm weather—preferably NOW.

We are here this month to remind you that, regardless of how you are feeling, positive training adaptations have been occurring in your body over the past few months.

The science of speed combines two expert perspectives on seasonal triathlon testing, training, and racing and is sponsored by ELITE Testing (a division of ELITE Health & Wellness) (http://www.elitetesting.com), located in Philadelphia.
