THE SCIENCE OF SPEED
Tips For Reducing Those Winter Pounds
http://www.elitewellness.com

Now that we are into REAL winter, we knew you needed yet another list of New Year’s platitudes to catapult you into your winter training.  Of course, please put our laundry lists ahead of your other New Year’s lists since this pertains to future race results and juggling priorities.  Unlike all other such lists, we know you have never heard of any of these items before.  Except in prior articles.

The science of speed combines two expert perspectives on seasonal triathlon testing, training, and racing and is sponsored by ELITE Testing (a division of ELITE Health & Wellness) (http://www.elitetesting.com), located in Philadelphia.

ON CAMPUS
2003 Collegiate National Championships

Now that the 2003 Collegiate National Championships have been announced, it is important for collegiate triathletes from the region to start making plans for the big race.  Mass transportation possibilities to Arizona for the entire Mid-Atlantic region are currently being considered in addition to individual packages for each team with a large emphasis on safety and price.  Finalized options complete with prices and other details will be available by the end of January for the collegiate teams to take into consideration.

As a reminder, please check www.tucsonracing.com from time to time for any possible updates concerning the 2003 Championship race.

Have a great spring semester!
