NEW MULTISPORT SERIES COMING TO MID-ATLANTIC REGION
A new multisport series has been launched in the Mid-Atlantic region and with it comes a chance to win an all-expense paid trip for two to Brazil plus a free entry into the 2004 Ironman Brazil.  The Greater Atlantic Multisport Series is being produced by Piranha Sports, LLC, an event management company based in Delaware.

The Greater Atlantic Multisport Series brings together some of the most popular races in the region, including Escape From Fort Delaware and Delaware Diamondman, and combines them with several exciting new ones to create the first and only series of its kind in the region. Participants will have the opportunity to compete across four states (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland) in triathlon, duathlon and biathlon events ranging in distance from sprint to half iron.  Points will be awarded at each race based on individuals’ finish times, the race distance and total number of participants.

Awards will be given to the top overall and age group performers after the last Series race.  Entry fee discounts, priority race registration and special prizes are available to all Series participants.

One lucky individual chosen at random is going to walk away with an all-expense paid trip for two to Brazil, compliments of Endurance Sports Travel.  In addition to free entry into the 2004 Ironman Brazil race, this fabulous prize package includes two roundtrip airline tickets from the U.S. to Florianopolis, Brazil, five nights hotel accommodations, daily breakfast and dinner buffet, airport/hotel transfers, daily local transportation shuttle, translators/hostesses, and bike mechanics.
