One of the many things that alumni take from their tenure at UND is an appreciation for the quality athletics teams that UND consistently fields. It is difficult to imagine any group displaying much more zeal than Sioux fans. John Hoffert is like many alumni that love UND athletics but he has taken a different path to supporting it than most.
