This is an exciting week for UGS and our customers as we publicly launch NX® 5 software, the latest release of our flagship digital product development solution. With the highest level of productivity improvements we have ever included in this product, our NX 5 launch marks a key milestone on our continuing journey to set new industry standards and deliver the very best integrated CAD, CAM and CAE solution available.

With NX 5 we examined some of the key challenges our customers face as they do business in the global market. We focused our efforts to ensure that, along with hundreds of user level enhancements, we provide tools and thus "greater powers" – the theme of our launch – to help our customers truly improve their product development process as well as, ultimately, their top- and bottom-line growth.
