Chef Stuart's White Chocolate-Amaretto Bananas Foster










Ingredients
   4 tbsp. butter (no substitutes)
   1/2 cup brown sugar
   1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence White Chocolate Amaretto Dessert Blend
   6 bananas, peeled and sliced
   1/4 cup dark rum
   1 store bought pound cake sliced into 6 pieces
   Whipped cream

Directions 
1.  Place butter and brown sugar in TupperWave® 3-Qt./2.8 L Casserole, cover with ¾-Qt./700 mL Casserole Cover and cook for one minute in the microwave on High.
2.  Remove from microwave and using a Saucy Silicone Spatula gently stir in the seasoning, bananas and rum. Cover again and cook an additional six minutes in the microwave on High or until bananas are glazed and softened.
3.  Place one slice of pound cake onto a Microwave Luncheon Plate and spoon banana foster sauce on top. Dollop with whipped cream if desired.

Sticky Toffee Pudding


“A classic Irish cold-weather comfort food”

Ingredients
Pudding
   12 ounces dates, finely chopped (about 1-1/2 cups packed)
   1 cup boiling water
   1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
   1 1/2 cups golden brown sugar
   4 large eggs
   1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
   2 tbsp. instant coffee granules
   1 tsp. baking soda

Toffee Whipped Cream
   2 cups whipping cream
   2 tbsp. Simple Indulgence. English Toffee Dessert Blend
   Powdered sugar, for garnish

Directions
1. In your Micro Pitcher, bring one cup of water to the boil in the microwave.
2. Place dates into a Prep Essentials® Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher, pour hot water over dates and soak until water becomes cool.
3. In your Thatsa® Bowl using your Saucy Silicone Spatula, cream butter, brown sugar and eggs one at a time until smooth, add flour in small batches until well incorporated.
4. Add coffee granules and baking soda and mix well.
5. Drain dates and incorporate into batter.
6. Spray TupperWave® 3-Qt./2.8 L Casserole with non-stick spray.
7. Pour mixture into Casserole, cover with the 3/4-Qt./700 mL Casserole Cover and microwave on High for 13 minutes.
8. Whip cream and Simple Indulgence. English Toffee Dessert Blend in Quick Chef using paddle whisk until fluffy.
9. Scoop 1/6 of pudding onto a Microwave Luncheon Plate, top with Toffee whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serves 6
