Consider using our ListServe for the Trucking Law Committee. Just log in to the DRI website as a member and click on ListServes under Quick Links on the far right and you can join. You can send and receive communications from other Trucking Committee members on the ListServe and get information on experts, plaintiff’s attorneys, strategies, and whatever else you need in today’s world of defending trucking claims.
Also, don’t forget to take advantage of the DRI Expert Witness Database, which has information and over 65,000 plaintiff and defense experts! It is available at no cost for DRI members to download expert witness documents. If you submit trial and deposition transcripts, you can credit for future seminars.
Please make plans to attend the DRI Annual Meeting to be held at the New Orleans Sheraton in New Orleans, LA on October 22-26, 2008. It is a great opportunity to earn CLE credit while spending time with all of your DRI colleagues in a great city!
