Welcome to the Tracpoint Wireless FasTrac News letter.  This free monthly publication is focused on one area- increasing your sales.  TracPoint Wireless Inc. identifies revenue solutions for the Wireless Dealer Market. Utilizing a network of experienced wireless executives, the company creates sales and marketing solutions, then bundles these into proven turnkey programs which can be easily implemented by the Wireless Dealer. We share this information on how to implement these programs with Dealers across the country who may not normally have the knowledge or time to do so.

The TracPoint Wireless mission is to implement these specific value added programs with our Dealer partners where a significant sales gain is achieved, resulting in an ongoing profitable relationship between TracPoint and the Wireless Dealer.

We strive to:

*Increase Dealer’s Wireless Phone Sales

*Produce specific and measurable results to insure each program is profitable for the Wireless Dealer

*Continue to identify and create additional revenue programs to add to the TracPoint Wireless product line.

*Utilize our extensive Dealer Network to identify best practices for the benefit of all

TracPoint Wireless is the one company dedicated to providing revenue programs and value added services to the Wireless Dealer market.    Please contact us so we can share our program results with you.

After many years of delay, Wireless Local Number Portability is now here as of Nov 24, 2003.  Although the intial roll out of LNP was less than impressive, most analysts and carriers predict there will be some major changes in the industry including extremely aggressive pricing to attract new customers, and a huge increase in customer churn and gross activations. This presents a significant opportunity for the Wireless Dealer to capture incremental sales.

Are you finding it impossible to track your advertising results? Don’t know what types of advertising give you the best response so you continue with the same old newspaper ads? Still trying to get your retail staff to track results for you, and at the same time grow your business? In a recent (Feb, 2004) secret shopping survey of over 100 Wireless Dealer Retail Stores, 0% of the retail personnel who answered the phone asked where/which ad the caller was calling from. Only 2% asked for the callers name and telephone number. Where are these leads going?

Now subscribers have nearly a zero barrier to entry with free handsets available to all that provide roaming-free service coverage among major carriers that blankets the geographical US with quality we could only dream of a few short years ago.

Cell Phone Recycling Creates Cash and Awareness

A poll conducted by Wireless Week found that 62% of their readers store their old phones in drawers instead of recycling them. According to an article in Recycling Today, less than 1% of cellular phones are recycled, from the 100 million that will be discarded this year alone. INFORM Inc. estimates that 130 million cellular phones will be discarded each year by 2005. The laws of November 2003 surrounding cellular phone portability (the ability to retain your number while swapping carriers), coupled with the tsunami of advertising and sales promotion from major wireless carriers, forecast a mass exodus of wireless hardware. Simply put, the recycling of handsets and batteries has become more than a fad – it is a necessity. So how do you make money with recycling?
