TRACPOINT WIRELESS LAUNCHES NEW TURNKEY SALES AND MARKETING PROGRAMS FOR WIRELESS DEALERS AND RETAILERS TOPSFIELD, MA

- June 8, 2004—TracPoint Wireless today introduced a suite of revenue programs and value-added services for wireless dealers and retailers. With intense competition for new wireless subscribers, TracPoint’s sales and marketing programs are designed to help wireless dealers and retailers increase new subscription activity in an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace. TracPoint has developed key sales and marketing programs in areas such as advertising tracking, targeted direct mail and call center services.

These programs help dealers increase sales results within their existing advertising and co-op budgets. Normally, programs like this would be very difficult for any Dealer to create and implement while running the day to day operations of their retail business. “TracPoint Wireless understands that in this competitive market, dealers and retailers can no longer continue to operate business as usual and expect to have good results. Turnkey Targeted Direct Mail: Allows Dealers to quickly and easily implement direct mail programs to reach targeted credit profiled consumers within the buying radius of each store. Creative, list sourcing, print, & postage all bundled into one efficient advertising package.

• Wireless Call Center: A program that allows Dealers and Retailers to expand their sales reach beyond the traditional buying radius of each store. Inbound callers from advertising are sent into the Call Center where they are given the option of purchasing over the telephone (24x7) and having the phone conveniently delivered. Outbound calls to existing wireless subscribers in the final month of their contract can also be handled to process equipment upgrades and contract extensions to help maximize Dealer upgrade commissions.
