“BUILDING AMERICA'S BEST TRAILS... IN MICHIGAN”
|
The Michigan Mountain Biking Association (MMBA) recently announced that a new on-line Trail Guide is available at their web site, www.mmba.org. The guide includes valuable information such as: park hours, entry fees, and driving directions; trail length, difficulty, and maps; other trail uses such as hiking, cross-country skiing, and horseback riding; current trail weather; updated trail conditions; a public forum for posting trail comments or issues; and park and MMBA contacts and related web links.

TRAINING ACADEMY NEWS
|
The Michigan Tourism Virtual Training Academy courses will remain available online through September 2004. Please conclude your coursework by the end of that month. To refresh your memory, those courses include: 1) Overcoming Challenging Service Situations in Tourism, 2) Communications to Develop Relationships in Tourism, 3) Advancing Your Service Expertise in Tourism, 4) Dynamics of Leadership in Tourism, and 5) Writing a Marketing Plan for Tourism. The BeeFreeway training modules are also anticipated to go off-line at that time.
