BREAKING NEWS!
Second No-Cost Training Course is Now Available for Michigan Tourism Industry Employees!

As you probably already know, the first prepaid, self-paced Michigan Tourism Virtual Training Academy (MTVTA) course, “Overcoming Challenging Service Situations in Tourism,” has been available for some time at
www.tourismcenter.msu.edu/MTVTA.  Many subscribers have already taken advantage of this exciting new training resource.

Now, we’re pleased to announce that the academy’s newest course “Communications to Develop Relationships in Tourism” has just been finalized and is ready for your use at
www.tourismcenter.msu.edu/MTVTA!  Be sure to share this news with your employees and friends.  This course contains tourism case studies that have been designed especially for use right here in Michigan.

Our third course, “Advancing Your Service Expertise in Tourism,” will also be released before the end of this year.  We have been working closely with several tourism leaders in Michigan to bring you five business examples, illustrating the importance of customer service.  We’re excited about being able to bring you this new example of on-line learning.

And don’t forget that upon completion of these courses, you or your employees may contact the academy to receive certificates of accomplishment!
