Michigan Tourism's Premier Networking Event

There is still time to register for the 2002 Michigan Tourism Conference, to be held on October 13 and 14, at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn. This year's keynote speaker is Kare Anderson, a widely quoted expert on cross-promotional partnerships and popular tourism conference presenter.   She is the author of Walk Your Talk:  Grow Your Business Faster Through Successful Cross-Promotional Partnerships and other related books on the topic.   Her exciting presentation includes "what if" scenarios, benefits, steps, success stories, and much more.

The conference kicks off with a reception on Sunday evening with great food and music. On Monday morning, Travel Michigan senior management will present the direction for the coming year, followed by a legislative forum with Dennis Muchmore.  Additional workshops will present experts on eMarketing, cultural branding, and tourism research.

This conference is a great opportunity to network with Michigan's tourism industry leaders, so we encourage you to attend.  For more details and registration information, visit Travel Michigan’s conference link at
www.michigan.org/conference.
