Carmakers go all out for auto shows, and this has never been more evident than this year at the Frankfurt motor show, with Audi creating a multimillion-dollar stand-alone building with a quarter-mile racetrack inside.

 

Audi trained a time-lapse camera on the construction site and released this two-minute video of the 52-day build.
