Top conservative student activists from across the country were awarded scholarships in the 9th annual Phillips Foundation Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program. Vikram Srinivasan, former SVGOP summer intern and Duke University sophomore, received a $5,000 renewable scholarship.
