Presidential Visit Yields Volunteer Rewards
January 30, 2007
Traveling from Southern California where he had joined Governor Schwarzenegger to promote his economic stimulus package, President Bush made a short stop in the Bay Area for a RNC fundraising event on January 30. Although the stop was of minor note to the media, it was a thrilling experience for a group of SVGOP volunteers who participated in greeting the President and driving the staff and media in the motorcade.
