It’s income-tax time, a season when we all remember why we’re Republicans.  A friend recently e-mailed me a list of fun definitions from the Mensa society, which is a group of high-IQ people.  The group sponsored a contest wherein its members took a word, changed only one letter in it, and came up with a new word and a new definition.

The bid to win back the 11^th Congressional seat from the Democrats took on a very personal note for over 35 Republican volunteers on March 8^th.  Targeted nationally as the number two seat to win in November for the Republicans (right behind Tom Delay’s former seat!!)...
 

 
As hundreds line up with their families to be sworn in as US Citizens, the Republican Party has a tremendous opportunity to let them know what being a Republican is about before they register to vote.  The monthly New Citizens’ Ceremony takes place at the Campbell Civic Center at the corner of Campbell Ave. and Winchester Blvd.
