Q: How do I redeem the offer?

Purchase or lease a new 2012 Scion iQ between May 1, 2012 and July 31, 2012. Fill out the valid certificate, which will be mailed to you. Mail your completed and legible certificate, with the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the your purchased or leased vehicle, your name, email address, phone number and your address to:

Q: What is the deadline for mailing my certificate?

A: Purchase or lease date is the date you purchase or lease [and take delivery] of the vehicle. Usually it is the date you sign your purchase order, finance contract or lease agreement. Postmark date is the date a postal marking is made on your claim package indicating the date and time was delivered into the care of the United States Postal Service.

Q: When can I expect to receive my Sony PS Vita?

A: Please allow 10-12 weeks for receipt of your Sony PS Vita after submitting your completed certificate.

Q: Can I transfer this offer to another person?

A: No. This offer is non-transferable.

Q: How many certificates can I redeem related to this offer?

A: You may redeem one certificate per person per vehicle.

Q: Can I use this certificate on a different vehicle than the one specified in the offer?

A: This promotion is valid only for the purchase or lease of a new 2012 Scion iQ between May 1, 2012 and July 31, 2012. Other models are not eligible.

A: No. This promotion is not valid for any vehicle purchased or leased prior to May 1, 2012.

Q: I accidently lost my certificate. Can you resend it?

A: Yes. Please call 866-70-SCION to request another certificate.

Q: I mailed in my certificate, but the certificate was denied. Why did this happen?

A: Your certificate may be denied for the following reasons: Multiple attempts to redeem a certificate, we do not have record of a vehicle being purchased, VIN# duplication, or the vehicle order was cancelled. Carbon copies of the certificate or doctored certificates are invalid.
