Stevinson Toyota East is proud to announce our sponsorship of this year’s Washington Park Home Tour. The Tour offers a taste of the history and architecture that characterizes Washington Park and a glimpse into the homes of several Washington Park residents.
On Saturday May 12th from 10am-4pm, you’ll have the opportunity to visit five homes and participate in a prize drawing at the tour headquarters: Steele Elementary School, at 320 S. Marion Parkway in Denver. You may begin the tour at any of the residences or at Steele Elementary School.
The Washington Park residences you’ll see are:

1010 S. Gilpin
938 S. Williams
187 S. Gilpin
1251 S. Williams
Prior to the event, tickets may be purchased from any Steele Elementary student, at Stevinson Toyota East or online for $20. On the day of the tour, tickets are $25 at Steele Elementary School. The proceeds from the tour benefit Steele Elementary and five percent of each ticket will be donated to the Denver Public Schools Educational Outreach Program that benefits homeless DPS students.
A raffle will be held at Steele Elementary school where you can win an iPod Touch or a $200 Apple Store gift certificate. Guests will also receive gift bags.
So come out and tour the charming residences of Washington Park and know you'll also be assisting Steele Elementary and disadvantaged Denver school children.
