New List Manager
Create up to 150 sub-lists, parents and children.

On the Subscriber Menu you will now find a robust list summary section. In this area you will find the List Manager. The List Manager is used to add/edit/delete sub-lists.

To add a new sub-list, click the New List button. If the new sub-list is at the parent (top-most) level, you will be prompted to select the list type: Opt-in/opt-out or Interest list. In addition, you will be prompted for a list name, a description, and the option to show or not show the sub-list when list information is being specified by the user.

To add a child list to a sub-list, click the [+] icon next to the specific folder. Then, click the New List button.

To delete a particular sub-list, parent or child, click the sub-list name to edit its properties, and then click the Delete button.

The list type you choose for a sub-list depends on the intended use for that list. Opt-in/opt-out lists are used for delivering email and maintaining proper permissions. Interest lists cannot be directly used for mailings and are primarily used to sub-divide and classify subscribers. Interest lists are built by learning more about your subscribers - watching their behavior or by what they tell you.

Up to 150 sub-lists can be created. The actual number available depends on your service plan. Contact your sales representative to learn more.
