Improved Language Support

A new "Language Encoding" option has been added to the Micro-site section of the Publishing Options page. This setting lets you specify the language in which your newsletter is written. Web browsers and email programs can then use this setting to determine what character set is used and in which language specific characters are displayed.
By default, this option is set to English (ISO-8859-1).
