One of the leading features of the new Platinum level account is called Survey Tracking. Survey tracking enables you to see exactly which subscribers participated in the survey and allows you to see which answer they selected for each question. You can then take all of the subscribers who answered a particular question in the same way and place them into one of your sub-lists.

The new survey tracking report is available through the Newsletter Activity summary. On this page, click the link titled [Subscribers who answered].
