SOS client VEGAS.com has won the Best Technology Innovation Award at the 2007 Best of the Best in Americas Contact Center World Awards Conference!
Six hundred companies competed at the conference, in several different categories. VEGAS.com ranked first in the nation for use of technology to enhance business performance and customer service.
Since its implementation, VEGAS.com's contact center has doubled revenue while cutting talk-interaction time and the number of agents in half. Customer satisfaction ratings and repeat business have increased.
The technology was implemented by SOS and developed by Interactive Intelligence.
