New telephone systems can be daunting to the front-line workers who have to use them every day. To help customers quickly get the most from newly installed VoIP telephony solutions, SOS has developed the SmartLaunch system.
SmartLaunch helps to ensure a smooth implementation by giving each client the tools to familiarize employees with the new phone systems functions even before the phones arrive. The package serves as a marketing plan for the clients in-house tech team.
The SOS SmartLaunch kit includes a table tent promotional piece for the new phones, a custom product brochure, promotional posters, a timeline, and more. About a month before the changeover to the new phones, employees get a short quiz about the features. The completed quiz sheets then go into a drawing conducted at user training sessions. People who quickly learn the new system are given Super User buttons to wear on the job, so co-workers know there to turn for extra guidance.
