Braintree – Plans are moving forward to resurface Forbes Road and complete the connection to Brooks Drive. This connection will dramatically improve access and traffic flow in the area, as well as the marketability of buildings on Brooks Drive.

Easton – Brex Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet of space at 5 Norfolk Avenue. The lease is for 2 years and 8 months.  5 Norfolk Avenue is a 20,000-square-foot industrial building that was constructed in 1984 and is owned by Atlantic Management Company.

Norwood – The Premier Insurance Co., displaced from 690 Canton Street in Westwood by New York Life Insurance, has recently signed a lease to occupy 14,000 square feet of space at 315 Norwood Park South. National Development of New England owns this 65,000-square-foot office building, constructed in 1987.

Norwood – Network Service Management has renewed its lease for 8,378 square feet of space at 100 Morse Street.

Weymouth – The Hilson Group leased 11,200 square feet of space at 195 Libbey Industrial Parkway. The lease is for 5 years. Southeastern Metal Fabricators owns the 37,820-square-foot industrial building that was built in 1985.
