This is a sales-driven position with opportunity to move into management & finance. Our organization promotes aggressively from within! Training will be provided for all positions.
Compensation:
Non-commission
$2,500 base salary plus generous monthly bonuses
Performance-based raises
First year reps should expect to make $40-50k annually
Job Requirements:
College degree in related field
Valid drivers license
Must be able to work 40-45 hours a week
Evening and weekend availability
Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry a plus
Must be comfortable interfacing with the public, friendly, motivated, and eager to learn

Southwest Kia is experiencing rapid growth and our Business Development Center is looking for Internet Managers and sales support. We are seeking part-time employees to handle our phones, internet leads, and initial customer correspondence. Looking for happy, reliable, high energy individuals with EITHER day or evening availability. Full-time positions and opportunities to move into sales or internet management will also be considered. Our Business Development Center is our first opportunity to make a good impression on the customer, and an important first step in the sales process. Full and comprehensive training will be provided.
