Probably one of the people with the most frequent customer contact at BMW of South Atlanta, is the Service Director. Jack Machado. Jack heads up the BMW and MINI Service Teams that perform all of your BMW and MINI maintenance and repairs, and ensures you get it done when you want it done.
When not scheduling and managing the needs of 7 BMW and MINI advisors or dealing with the workload of the 18 BMW technicians, Jack enjoys solving the needs of the customers. He is the customer advocate to BMW and MINI for Warranty questions.
All of the Service Advisors and Technicians at BMW of South Atlanta go through years of training and certification to perfect their chosen trade. Jack has 21 years of industry experience including 4 with BMW of South Atlanta. Jack is Certified as a Service Manager through BMW and MINI. One of Jack’s proudest moments on the job was the MINI, “Achievements in Motoring” award and recognition as one of the best of the best.
When not at work Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, Malinda at home in Newnan or out hunting with his son.
